For long our moral decadence is becoming evident; moral ethics and etiquette are diminishing day-by-day, godliness is gradually becoming a history of our past and being replaced by ungodly or satanic acts in almost every strata of the society we find ourselves in. We are going back to their pre-scripture era where jungle rule of "mighty is right" operates. The rich are jeopardizing the chances of the poor whereas the poor are also behaving the same way against the rich, both parties are what can best be termed as "avaricious demagogue" material accumulation are the source of prestige and respect.

What is in our daily behavior and conduct is hypocrisy, hatred, cheating, breach- of-trust, fraud unlawful cohabitation and sodomism, stealing, deprivation of the right and wealth of the needy, destitute and orphans as-well-as gross abuse of life.

Yet God's signs and reminders are all over day in and day out. Everybody witnesses the ceaseless succession of day and night in a most orderly manner, the perpetual uncovered 'roof' everywhere, ever changing seasons every year. If these prove inadequate other warning signs are suppose to suffice the justification for the eternal life of the day of resurrection. We have seen many changes that happen to be detrimental, for we all can't recall with utmost precision when last we got rain without heavy prayer, when last we saw rest from natural and artificial disasters like earthquake, hurricane, tornado, sars, cholera, aids, early death, etc. We have forgotten when last we experienced peace; every day is civil war, tribal war, armed robbery and what we even consider as a remedy or solution, destroy the society heavily. In Nigeria SAP serves as and example of remedy taken against our socio economic life which we are up till present suffering from it, all as a result of our mannerism and behavior. Every body is a party to our present condition. A glance is given for the justification of these observation.

(a)                Leadership: If critically looked at can also be called rulership, because those in this category are no more than dictators, their nature autocratic, and they neither have cognizance for the view and need of the majority nor that of the minority. Welfare, fulfillment and security is their exclusive right, but not at all responsibility, they are only responsible in the accumulation of wealth. We all see how we elect politician to represent our interest; while we are together they are poor or average but after some time maximum four years, we see them belonging to another social class; how and when, we don't know, only they can explain, (possibly in the day of compensation).

(b)               Traditional Authority:- More precisely 'Royal fathers' but not very firm as fathers, nor very bold as spiritual or religious leaders, they are to certain extent Govt. official (which ever Govt.) and to a lesser extent people's representative. Their criticism stops but verbally, for they are always in the corridors of power and therefore the first beneficiaries of power dividend.

(c)                Civil and Public Servant:- As the name implies, these operators can be called servant to the general public, but now a days servants of but few(those in power.) The central characteristics in this category are corruption, favoritism, god- fatherism, bribery, red tape victimization in place of truth, honesty and dedication. These characteristics are with every cadre of service.

(d)               Scholars:- To use Arabic term "Ulama", these are the model and reference of society but now they are unregistered contractors with religious and not corporate backing, especially to foreign countries and government in the name of building mosques, schools, praying for peace, etc. Yet they bring about no change partly because they are far from their original responsibility and deeply in the band wagon of the corrupt society.

(e)                Business Men:- To use their terminology "wholesalers, middle men and retailers" or more concisely producers and sellers. This encompasses all the stock holders and operators in money and capital market down to the petty traders. Their own is hording, monopoly, and blockage, suppressing the weaker ones by the giant moreover the petty ones are wicked and untruthful.

(f)                 Massess: In Hausa "Talakawa" this is the most corrupt and hypocritical class but always put the blame in toto on their leaders, Gossip is here, greed is here, selling of rights is here, they can sell their right lets say to a contestant at a price of N50 or N100, only to throw stone at him when they need more and always feel innocent, any action they take is right even if it has an adverse effect to their lives such as destruction, deliberate violation of law and order as-well-as I don't care attitude toward life, they do not at all feel responsible for their deeds or misdeeds. Co-existence is just a dictionary word to them and thus thinks they are not part and parcel of the community, neglecting the fact that without them the society is incomplete.

Conclusively: One can say that the leaders are pharaohs, their lieutenants are Hamans, the rich/wealthy are Qaruns (Korahs), the scholars are intellectual and the masses  are hypocrites. We are all behaving as if this day (day of reckoning) is not forth coming or we are certain of our scaling through, otherwise we would behave more upright, for surely without any iota of doubt and which each passing day we are drawing closer to it.
