Dear All

As regards this Abuja-land brouhaha, it is unfortunate that it has come to this, but if Nigeria is to be a great nation once again, we will need to start from the very beginning.

All those who believed they had bought or can buy and bulldoze their way into anything and anywhere have met their Waterloo . Those who believe that obeying the law is for lesser mortals - that money works and bullshit talks- will have their insatiable egos' to blame.

All those who in ignorance... or cunning, made deals through backdoor to acquire land supposedly for railways, sewages, parks, schools, golf-courses and open-spaces, who truly prayed that Nigeria will never have people of strength and character enough to turn things around, will see a monster in this administration. To the ignorant, whatever happened to the application of your education? To the cunning, surely it's a rude awakening.

It is these people who have promoted and painted and make Nigeria an unruly country.

All past President's and FCT Minister's and their think-tanks who could not foresee this are not without blame too. Rather than talk future politics, let them explain their lack of foresight, which has invariably culminated into this chaotic hubbub, because there were indeed some Nigerians willing to do the right thing, but Alas! they succumbed to the way of life brought about by the signs of the times.

To this current administration, I must say; Temper justice with mercy; walk with the highest truth and purpose of this exercise- not that gain you find along the way. Examine a good percentage of those fictitious NITEL and NEPA bills that stood in the way of good citizens, turning them to disingenuously apply all manners of bribes and bill avoidance as a way of life.

Let God give OBJ and El-Rufai the strength to carry this project out!

All those who are true Christians and Muslims and traditionalists will know I have spoken the truth.

Best Regards,

Ike Okwuobi
