Of virus: Unmasking the Idle Person(s) Behind It

Once, in an essay, I accordingly stated; “The driving force behind this piece is to share knowledge because knowledge gained without distribution remains meaningless to those unaware. It serves no useful purpose to accumulate wisdom without sharing it; therefore, this essay will be about gaining useful information that could save one’s life.” It is a given that education without the direction of wisdom is like a loaded gun in the hands of a bumbling child. Ordinarily my preference would have been to continue my behind the scene operation, though at the risk of conveying the wrong impression that either the diabolic act to disable my PC succeeded or that the Nigerian abracadabra finally submerged me. Either way, speaking out or in this case writing about all the negatives that has taken roots in Nigeria is not only a civic call; it has become a way of life too. Since this appears to be one of the most effective ways to keep the heat on the tails of the cheats without resorting to violence that might have innocent people killed.

I feel pressure to come out of my temporary retirement to once again see how much could be thrust down the brains of these guys who would rather remain tied in hell than seek paradise. I followed into momentary retirement those who were spitting fiery lies about; Igbo did this, Biafra did not do that, MASSOB reduced Nigeria to nothing, Niger Deltans have no right to lay claim to their God given endowment and other smoky bull when it became obvious that the initial fanfare that greeted their arrival was in recession. With that, my essays became infrequent so now it seems we will go at it one more round just for a quick hard kick. At the time in question, the antagonism that addressed the Igbo cause reached all time high on almost every non-Igbo controlled site. This latest excursion although for public service to alert the innocent people whose PC may fall prey to this diabolic act of virus mailing, will at the same token be used to talk about the Igbo hope, Biafra. No amount of intimidation or primitive programming will stop or slow this Igbo down unless I choose to. I confess I never really wanted to write this piece, the major enticement is to rub it further by letting the person(s) concerned know that their sinister motive has not worked and will not. Pray it does not because if it does, the ante will be upped with a notice to the outfits charged with the responsibility of chasing down terrorists. Yup, this is exactly what anyone who engages in the uncharitable agenda of mailing disabling virus to a rival is, cheap self confidence lacking terrorist.

Prior to my quest in dabbling into this time consuming vocation of replying to the mountain of junks being dispersed about Biafra, Igbo, MASSOB and on and on, I never in my sweet dreams believed people with good so-called, education, could be as stupid as I have seen. No, man! From the advent of my essays, I knew that winning the penny-a-load Nigerian award was not an option since only thieves, murderers, embezzling fools and cheating mediocre and their crumb pickers get the euphoric attention of the Nigerian government. When these fallow individuals are not lying about what Biafra or MASSOB is to Ndiigbo, they waste their time showing support for felons who deserve justice, Jerry Rawlings style. You then wonder how a person feels to just sit on his computer trying to invent a program that could destroy an opponent’s PC to his satisfaction. Why should a refusal to make an insane society appear normal, draw a virus fatwa on that person? Helloooo, are you there?

To put it nicely, only a social neophyte of the worst kind, a misfit or worst unsaid would direct never experienced avalanche of virus filled attachments to people who do not subscribe to their shameless support for murderous thieves. Should one’s choice to stay away from the inanity they call Nigeria; their old boys club, be enough grounds for this misguided mission to annihilate one’s machine? What happened to self-respect? You need no specialized effort to discern the criminal minds of those who may opt for this option, none at all! Whatever the motives of this person(s) are could be seen without the aid of the MRI device by stepping back to ask yourself what will make someone go on a mission to disable a computer that supplied the truth if this person is not a born bandit? Anyone that could show such a violent reaction to the Biafran cause is capable of this, [s]he should be watched, this person is the real terror. Many months ago, after I hit a thousand plus marks, I quit keeping serious tab on the daily influx of virus mails. No cessation is in sight as my system has continued to seek and destroy mountains of virus filled mails daily. Till date, I have recorded upward of three thousand of such mails! And still writing! You think they did take a hint and quit? What will it take for a bonehead to come to grips that his intended target is more fortified than his vindictive imagination? I take these things personal. My name does not need to be penciled down for me to take the objectionable nonsense spitted about Biafra personal, no it does not, straight up.

Until these at all cost publicity seeking empty skulls explain to us what immediate or remote effect MASSOB, NDPVF or MOSOP and any other aggrieved group have to do with how their avaricious stealing resulted in Nigeria earning the title of the most corrupt and one of the poorest nations on earth despite the enormous resources in the Niger Delta area that is being stolen in billions by these area-boys fathers and uncles. I want these crops of people to save us their gaseous stench and consider shutting up, already. Do these noisemakers want their readers to truly believe all the aforementioned were responsible for what the country they ‘love’ ten, no, twenty much became? We are to believe whatever crap is written simply because the author cries about ‘loving’ Nigeria? I seek to know what role MASSOB played in the absence of any meaningful electricity supply in the country you are so proud of yet perpetually remained outside her shores. Please tell me how MOSOP or NDPVF pressed the junta to perennially commit these gaffes. Any neocon one-Nigerianists can answer or better still; tell us one thing good about the darkness they screech too much about. What is the deal with the dime-a-dozen educational position of that country, a whole ‘giant’ of Africa without a single national carrier? Yet an illiterate like Abdusalami Abubakar has a jet, and so do all the other crooks? The time to sit down and tattle some more about this and other things will be when something that comes close to making sense to support the wolfing about the elephant dung you call Nigeria is presented less the naked celebration of mediocrity!

These people should follow honor and stop deceiving themselves to accept the fact that the wasted elephant of a nation will never rise to anything good as long as the so-called “educated” ones act more foolish than the several elementary six holders who screwed up their country in the first place. This inquiry mind often wonders what would push one with the claim to good education to support sore crap if not for the miserable lack of ethics and tons of moral turpitude during his upbringing. Hear one, hear all, Biafra as long as the incoherent gyration of their illiterate henchmen continue to abound, is non negotiable. Many times I bite my lips at the crudity of those fascinated by what the success of a state of Biafra will mean to them, it scares them stiff and I can not at this time put it beyond them to be the group who send these viruses to me. This essayist stubbornly refuses to accept the same wayward criminal adventure of people who will never understand what leaving a positive legacy means to the name they hold. All the vigilant pros could with ease see how the ferocious appetite of the premies (premature) gets wet by articles that speaketh only the truth.

Lately, small boys are scrambling and falling over themselves just for a quick notice by oozing one lie after another about the only topic that unites them, Biafra. Either they tell us what role MASSOB, Biafra, NDPVF, MOSOP etc played in the sorry state of their country, or like I said before, permanently seal their upper! Despite the re-energized attempt to paint everything bad about Nigeria as great, the brilliant ones in our midst can still read between the lines. The hostility of these yam-heads whose nightmarish fever used to zoom to dangerous high is beginning to dwindle I thought until a late article about Biafra that made an ass of the author. What my counsel to these self seeking, self-serving clueless folks that make so much noise about how the Igbo see Biafra would be is for them to use the time they expend telling lies about something they know nothing about and in its stead, tell the smart folks why Nigeria refused to extricate itself from its bottomless hole. Now, that’s the assignment! Make that homework, dealing with small boys here! If for countless number of years Nigeria refused to move beyond its teething stage, why not try something new? Splitter nations; call it Biafra, Arewa, Odua or Kangaroo Republic, just do something, stupid!

The declarations of MASSOB, Oduduwa republic, NDPVF, MOSOP can never be why their country’s resources were stolen by every illiterate idiot (literally) that passed through the corridors of power. Anyone with slightly higher acumen than a turkey could figure this out; still the eloquently educated missed it? MASSOB is not responsible for the, oh, holy ghost high prices at the pumps in Nigeria, are they? Niger Deltans could not be reason why the paid agents of that waffling country want readers to believe it continuously made the most corrupt list, is that not right? Did MOSOP advice your government not to build healthcare system? Maybe those calling for Oduduwa state are responsible for lack of pipe borne water for citizens of Nigeria, your country? Ok, now I see the erosion of discipline occurred at the time Dokubo Asari was in charge of the government. It can not be too far fetched when I say that those who unnecessarily show pain whenever Biafra is mentioned or any other truth told are the ones who fit into this profile of bugs sending to strangers. Instead of throwing baby tantrum as if the mere mention of a word these guys know damn well if they are smart, is beyond human erasure, your time could be invested in the search for those things that make people want out and fix it, dummy. No human can control what is on the other’s mind and so I tell you, even those efulefus who are at the moment lining behind Obasanjo and company are also weaklings for Biafra. Never mind that hunger drove them to shout their feeble support for ‘one-Nigeria’ for now.

Can we please remember that those things that make people want to run and fast from Nigeria are still there? In this case, so long as the variables that existed prior to the Nigerian genocaust against Ndiigbo still remain as I write, a democratic and Free State of Biafra is the alternative. Let me repeat, provided that your government remains in the hands of visionless illiterates, the wishes by different and new groups for sovereignty will continue to emerge. I had expected our self-acclaimed lettered ones to know that certain actions impede vital flow of information once people resort to undemocratic means to silence their perceived opponents who are nonetheless, freedom fighters. Everyone should be given the opportunity to defend the assault on his heritage in such a way that we may hopefully learn from each other. Suffice with one person’s fillet mignion being the other’s cyanide. To people who are not privileged to share my Igbo legacy, Biafra is a misnomer, but that is farthest from the truth; Biafra isn’t going anywhere, not soon, not in this lifetime. Mark your calendars, folks! The enigmatic veil has been shredded; Biafra is real, deal with it. Or better yet, jump off the roof because I speak and tell no lies. In recognition of this, the earlier these jokers come to terms with reality the sweeter their snooze will be. All the non-stop antagonism of these clueless shouters of one-Nigeria did was to reinforce my belief that Nigeria as presently constituted is not a come one, come all such therefore that people must be allowed to come together to decide whether or not to continue to patronize a stagnated environmentally unfriendly junkyard. Wow, a new one for me, JUNKYARD. I like that!

If I am getting antsy, I ask the decent readers to please understand as I can not be faulted, not this time. These scumbags must be ferreted and exposed otherwise they may graduate to a heinous stage with their concealed diabolic motive. Whenever the word Biafra and lately MASSOB is mentioned, they see a fault line, which rockets their propensity to attack to a ridiculous measurement while their cowardice fangs never see the light of day when the northern Arewa comes calling. Here is a challenge for these village cowards, use the same level of energy and venom you waste on matters concerning the Igbo to also show hostility towards those northern (Arab/Fulani) elements responsible for Nigeria’s calamitous state. Wimp! Reading the many Igbo writers, it has silently been agreed upon that the infectious lies of the one-Nigerianists will never again go unchallenged, nmba nu! (no way). The responsible party(ies) should know that they are literally murderers when they send these destructive viruses to anyone they do not agree with. If this is another case of an escapee from a mental asylum playing with himself then someone need to drag this crazy back into treatment before this theatre of shame strolls out of control. In this country where I write as a Biafran-American, the government has made it easy for loose nuts to be re-admitted into a nearby shelter as a prelude to qualifying for free treatment. Please allow us then to proceed without you, thank you.

Maybe no one is telling these kids that the Igbo who want a Biafran nation are not calling for the destruction of the Yoruba hope for an Oduduwa republic neither are we wishing for the extermination of the Arab/Fulani for wanting an environmentally friendly country of their own where they can practice their religion uninhibited. No qualms whatsoever with the Islamic proposal by some Muslim to have a separate and different entity where they can practice their faith uninterrupted. It is their choice to come together to decide how far to carry their faith. If this decision leads to the gouging of eyes or chopping off of hands of its people that committed minor infringements on their religious edicts, then it’s on them. What I however find dastardly offensive is the call through their sharia to deprive those of us who are not welcoming to their religion, the art of enjoying a cold one, beer that is, based on what the Quran says. What business relationship does a vulture have with a barber, what concerns a southern Christian with sharia and whatever injunction it contains? I do not think that my wish for a separate country where I can be respected as a citizen will impede my respect for men like Colonel Abubakar Umar or the erudite Lamido Sanusi and others like them from different parts of that big-for-nothing of a country. Based on these pronouncements, the babies who scribble nonsense about Biafra, MASSOB, and Niger Delta so and so should please remember to take these salient points to heart next time the urge to regurgitate their infectious lies upon our rest come knocking.

Ask these sadists who vent about Biafra to define the word, what you get is a bunch of baloney how their acquisition of x amount of diplomas made them the guru on Nigerian affairs. In any case, the affected individual(s) is here now reminded that the authorities here; FBI, Secret Service, Homeland Security and all, consider their nefarious gig as terrorism, which carries life sentence or even death. Joke aside, this deed falls under terrorism too, like Internet terrorism. So be warned! For the new comers to my adopted country let me say this, prison is the other side of the “American Dream.” It is much, much, easier to go straight there than it is to hit the so-called American riches as such I will leave the option of which cause to pursue to the wimp(s) without hope involved in this uncelebrated game. It is beneath civilized principles for anyone who values his self worth, his essence to take this route, period. Whatever point this individual(s) want to make can be made through honest issue oriented engagements. I want to be convinced not compelled! Let no doubt exist how I see myself, a Biafran-American, that’s right, and loving it. That said I hold no grudges against those who still find succor in their Nigeria even as I, with boiling passion wish the worst on all those who in one manner or the other, aided and still does, the ruin Nigeria became. How can one’s affinity for Biafra be equal to hate, tell us again about your run off the mill education?

From the way this thing, underground war of attrition against Ndiigbo has been going, all the war criminals in Nigeria whose attempted genocaust on the Igbo failed could decide today to come out in the open to admit their roles yet the neocons who throw baby tantrums would still think they are innocent. In this writer’s view at least, one of the vilest of things is for someone to resort to violence to secure the silence of his debating rival. Insincere claimants of one-Nigeria has this operating style of seeking easy way out of a serious debate especially when they are being buried with irrefutable notes. Experience points to those whose breathe stink of similac (baby food), as the ones most likely to commit this uncivil blunder. Ladies and gents, I am talking about the youngsters whose fathers or uncles may have in fact been part of this thieving cabal, they are the ones who find what is being said about stealing vagabonds offensive enough to warrant the decommissioning of my system. This abominable act of sending non-stop virus filled emails would have been indeed funny if the seriousness of what goes down in Nigeria is not real. Maybe they should take their act on the road by joining association of starving artists to continue their comic workshop. If what is written indicts the corrupt bandits in Nigeria then they are better off taking their grievances with them than breaching my freedom to peace.

Not long ago, a quick visit to one of the African stores owned by a Biafran nonetheless, resulted in my lecturing a lecturer. This lecture started with a direct question from me to the store’s owner when I observed the offensive lousy Nigerian flag in the background. I wanted to know what pride is there about Nigeria to justify his display of this annoyance. I wanted also to know if the Nigerian junta contributed to the store’s opening and what aspect about Nigeria he is proud of. Before the next sentence could be uttered, the damn flag came crashing out of the wall. (LOL). Yes, this Igbo great realized his bloody booboo and yanked the crap outta there! Though a small win, still it was a victory for democracy lovers all over the world to see one of the instruments of oppression removed. All this while, a Benin gentleman, a lecturer in one of the community college was carefully watching this light drama unraveling. Although he too was not as crazy about Nigeria as the noisy ones, a light friendly exchange nevertheless ensued between us. In his opinion, what Nigeria needs is R.E.V.O.L.U.T.I.O.N., he said.

This fella who betrayed his intellectualism by insisting that in order to clean things up, what is called for is a revolution, did not factor that MASSOB is already on this mission and that what remains is for him and his fellow one-Nigeria ideologues to join that call. To end this rather awkward encounter, a point was made to this fella that he can not eat or swallow his cake and possess it too as he had earlier used a derogatory term, rebel group to describe MASSOB. Had he not realized his blunder when I said this, I was going to go further to ask him what will the group who are to start this “revolution” he is calling for in his mind be called; Boys’ Scout Warriors of Nigeria [MASSOB] or Mother Theresa’s Sing-Along-Group of Nigeria [MASSOB]? On realizing that his ass is right there and then toast from his misspeak, I calmly said to him, my dear friend, you and your good folks are expected to come on-board the MASSOB freedom buggy already in motion to free your people from the choking claws of tyrannical junta under whose watchmanship the country became a rejected carcass. Then I exited the store with a big grin on my face knowing that my points penetrated his hallow call.

The idle individuals who send these virus filled attachments are no different from those I saw in Nigeria who resort to violence each time things do not go their way by denying an Imam from the Yoruba area the chance to hold a prayer session in a Mosque. I want you with your concocted and distorted views of writers that want nothing but normalcy for Nigerians to explain to me why it is not alright for someone from a particular part of your country to hold a prayer meeting if you are indeed one, liar? If aside from sharing and practicing the same faith they could not get along, what happens to those of us who are nowhere close to that faith? I ask these with no malicious intent I only wanted to make a point that the wobbly elephant called Nigeria is as sick as those who govern her. On a couple of occasions during the years I relocated to that place, I witnessed disturbing incidents, a fight-to-finish in Surulere at one point and Festac town another time between two opposing sides outside their Mosque. The reason for these fights was due to the non-acceptance of a Yoruba Imam by some core northern Moslems who were violently opposed to a prayer call by someone who was equally a Moslem that happened to be from the other side of the divide. What I saw then shocked me especially when the driver of my lady friend at the time, a northern chap who represented everything about gentility, honesty and respect told us the root cause of these fights, which is already explained. All I can say is thank Jesus this OPC thing was not yet in existence then. What whomever is sending these viruses is doing could not be knowledge because negative wisdom falls outside the parameter with which beneficial information is accepted and measured. Let the folks responsible for this and other craps nip it, plug it now. What is that again about idle mind being a roam land for the devil and his family?
