It’s suggested that  Mr. President  should be acquainted with the “Bill of Rights” as well with the stipulated clauses related to the  limited powers  in governing by  both theoretical  and practical as with the consequence to “Checks and Balances” in government. .

 Hence, it  strongly recommend  Mr. President to review his  comportment in the affairs of  governing as  to  identified it  with  civil proportions as well the constitution is  not  cosmetically composed for only  ordinary citizens.

 In consequence, the 1999  edition of our statute  strictly created a strong legislature and judiciary organs  with a limited power to the Presidency.

The edition of the 1999 constitution was drafted by the military accompanied with the symmetry of  civilians for  a  civil appliance hence it is complex and being attended  with   defaulted structure, this is  why it now looks difficult for a  civil comprehension  as for this reason it now being manipulated easily for personal glory by this dispensation that is  presided by a one time military juggernaut.

Nevertheless, our country is experiencing political tragedy or anarchy, this do not give  a clean slate to Mr. President to continue abusing his office through the excessive manifestation of disrespecting the charter  of the country that as  result is now  a misdemeanour to its citizenry. Mr. President should understand that him and his vice-president are having equal status despite he’s the boss of the nation and never-the-less that they belong to the same partisan enclave but everybody has the right to be entitled to his own opinion as necessitated by the constitution hence the V-P should not be gag or belittled to the extent that he should remain as  a puppet to his chief, of course this do not entail in good governance .

In furtherance, if,  Mr. President persist with this primitive sense of reflection, the conceit  style to not acquainted with the proper  mood of governing thus not respecting the status of his deputy and the constitution of the nation likewise the peoples views as with his arbitrary abuses of  rights of citizens such as the right to regionalism, freedom of expression, freedom of association, freedom of movement, freedom to property, as well as to the continuous abuses of collective views, be it,  the judiciary or legislative, likewise agitations for marginalisation,  intolerance and ethnic cleansing,  also, the rights for a true fiscal federalism being coupled with  a true federalism subsidization pretext more so  as with advises to stop the continue militarization in the South-South especially the Niger Delta region that the people are being suffocated with syndromes of dehumanisation by the central might .

Thereupon, the puzzle on the sensitive speculation on third term agenda as a phenomenon of terrorising the citizenry to forcefully accept the concept could loom to dark day.

These controversies could yet be addressed and hence it is likely to fuel national restiveness that will contemplate citizens to stand above them, as such, they  would disregard  the legislative organ and identified it as a prima facie culprit that is undermining our supreme  constitution.

Therefore, if not cautioned it would provide a platform for the people to re-assert their preferences for a government of law and order, of checks and balances with a strict independent doctrinnty of the  separation of powers for the three organs of management.

Subsequently, it is observed that the South-West  has collectively  endorsed  Mr. President as the flag bearer for the region come 2007 elections, through the dubious  elites gangsters.

Emphatically,  the posture is tribally realistic,  it reminds the eventful political uniformity of the Yoruba ethnic group during our first republic that resulted to political disaster throughout the federation that later showcase the military intervention of 1966.

 The ramble situation to the present deportment of Mr. President is a disbelief  because not quite long ago, he  unambiguously condemned some activists ethnic groups in the federation as a result culminated to the arrest of the  OPC, MOSSOP and NDPVF activists with their leader and  now languishing in jails without solution yet to free them except the recently unexpected incidence of the weak health and the aged sign  surrounding  Dr. Fredrick  Fasehun that has resulted him been granted bail moreover to be bed nurse in the Usa.  

Nevertheless, our esteem Head of state seem to had welcomed  the platform denoted as the South-Western states leaders composed of traditional and political elites of  the Yoruba Nation that has proudly enthroned Mr. President  with the autonomous power to appoint prosperous candidates and governors to be the representatives of the region  in the coming fifth republic, hence the reaction of the Nigerian public described this episode as a complete parish to the Nigerian state as it  smells the wind of tribal inclination in the current body polity and so it  should not be condone. On the other hand, the government initially condemned ethnic forums in  politics in consequence, Mr. President should reshape himself from the conflicting comportment  before it evaporate to obscurity.

 As for the foregoing, this manifestation has already confirmed his desires to extend his stay in Aso Rock beyond 2007 and  it is no more rumoured or body communication that's why the citizens alternative choice would be to derailed all process to the  plot.

We hope that so far,  Mr. President is so determine to retain his incumbency but we pleads  that the electoral commission should not be seduced to corruptive acts that will allowed the election to be rigged this time around but if it become the event, the country will be volatile because it is presently in a pregnant state therefore we urged Mr. President to reflect humanly and consider it worthy  exile from the Presidency despite he’s being pressured by the queue  of  opportunists, sycophants, hypocrites whose don’t  know the ethic of politics with its justifies end.

Subsequently, to continue insisting to restate itself would therefore  means he has tempered with the constitution which is  the peoples confidence, as such, has violated democratic stipulations and besides, he has ruled  the country in past and present  for eleven years and still gunning for another four years moreover it is rumoured that he intended to hang on to power till 2019,  so could this be allowed  in an enlightened environment like Nigeria ?

In fact, he’s the luckiest leader the federation had  ever produced in both military and civil rule however he should know that he has already break the record of Guinness in the Nigerian body politics of the Presidency forum since he has successfully govern the country for a whole eleven years which  is supposed to be abnormal in the normal  sense of constitutionality, yet, he’s not satisfied and very eager to stay more with the pretence to continue economic reformation process hence it aroused the suspicious for a “Life President”.

All the same, it is certain that democracy will take it course as to guarantee political sanity to the nation.

In fact, Nigerians should line up en-massively  to halt the current dispensation from further prolongation  beyond the stated terminated time because this administration has betrayed the citizens mandates and being contaminated with corruption and dictatorial nepotism, besides it has failed the people from its totality strength and integrity,  for this reason it  is  being described as the most unpopular government  Nigerians has ever experienced in the history  of our civilian governments..

In addition to the previous , the speculative  satanic conspirators of the North & South governors to had collectively endorsed the incumbent government via the Presidency as well as the various states assemblies to be signatory to the plot  wont  entertained a strong hold to its continuity, beyond it tempo of expiration of course it is a laughable arrangement constructed by unscrupulous gangsters that are scared of their evils not to be revealed with the consequence to be indicted by the coming regime .

His  endorsement will only be determined by the citizens through the simple application of a free and fair ballot box contest which would be the last resort to his authentication and anything less of this, will be interpreted with interregnum thus a complete state of anarchy with the bandwagons  for a self determination agitations therefore we should not allowed our fragile democracy to be tempted.

Consequently, Mr. President and his PDP unpopular party chieftains  should start evacuating the platform for a  new breeds of politicians with a new aroma of government to come to stay beyond 2007.

This will save the country from further stress of  underdevelopment and as a result it calls for a remodel of the nation to a development spree via the process of protecting its three separated with independent organs from further domination of the executive branch as well as to respect and uphold the constitution of the federation.

 Anyway, the constitution of every civil state in the world  is tenacious, more so, it a  steer control and word list of the rights of the citizenry and the governance as been related to   balance the equation entailing the duty and rights of her masses and the moral responsibility  of the government.

Therefore, with these rational propositions , it will provide the optimism for a rapid development in terms of  employment,  economic progress with tranquillity amongst its stakeholders and so with unshaken plural unity amongst the thereabout 350  ethnic nationalities groups that constituted the federation of the Nigerian state and it will in due course buttress the space of an egalitarian  state.

Subsequently, it is strongly pinioned that Mr. President should forget the unwise agenda for prolongation of the incumbency beyond the constitutional stipulated tenure of two terms.

This is why, it is crucial as regarding the current tyranny composition of our country hence it is strongly advised that the central management should be decentralised so to enable the conceptualised federal union to attest to its devolutional process thereby to give autonomous status to its component state with the local governments and wards as to comply with the inter-dependent managerial  system. More so, the  process will provide an edge to curb the excess of injustice with the corruption nepotism of the federal government.

In maintenance to this end, the colonial laws coupled with the decolonisation norms  that apportioned  mineral resources right to the federal government should be quickly reviewed as to maintain regional , state and local government control.

Although, these facts were aired in the recent 2005 National Sovereign Conference that suffocated the convention to a total failure through the boycotted posture of the South-South representatives and the MEND body now stood to these demands and contesting for it to be sanctioned as a law now or it wont concede the peace accord requested by the central government.

In view of the above, it is therefore timely that Nigeria should negotiate her reality by simply introducing the agreed principles of amalgamation to resurface.

 As being observed, if these advises are not  stick to merely for the reason of  egoistic exaggeration  it would lead to a socio political anti-climax that the end will be so regrettable.

Therefore, Mr. President,  should not confide on these groups of hypocrites and sycophants that has beclouded your sense of reflection by using such a  desperate and despotic tune as being anticipated in relation with  the timely evacuation of your stool with which you categorically stated that  it will be over your dead body. Wahoo ! What  does this stand for ? Or do you want to vote yourself and re-elect yourself  in a country with more than 140 million inhabitants that is built by a democratic rule ? Thus, it is impossible that you can’t be the only candidate to contest for the presidency since your present arrangement reveal this course.

The machiavellian  act  sounds derogating, of course, this would not be upheld except you want to change in  the mid-way  from a civil wear to a military attire again, if you do, this will interpreted as the end of the beginning of your foresight and it will be construe as an open violation and disrespect to the integrity of the  country plus its citizenry  also  it  will eventually lead to the wrath of  Nigerians  and the masses will be compelled to prevent your excess as to save the constitution and management from a total collapse.

So in view of the above, it will be better as an African statesman,  you should honourably relinquished your position at the expiration of your second tenure in May 29, 2007.

Meanwhile, let the stipulations of the “Checks and Balances”  be uphold for the well-being of all and sundry in the country and beyond.
