North is seem to be advantageous over South politically but they are gullible as South as most of its presidential candidate Cabals are sitting on too much monumental deals, that why they are pretends to be fighting politically for power while they are only trying much to save their themselves from criminal prosecution and recovery of their loot while deceiving North that they are fiercely seeking for political power. Even when they loose their presidential bid, they will result to litigation, false accusation that they are manipulated out of power by the incumbent.

Simple/easy methods of uncovering retrieving Nigeria looted  States’ Treasury.

The Nigeria EFCC has done a marvelous job on 419ers or fraudsters/fraud but they have failed abysmally in forestalling, uncovering and possibly recovering & its Agencies looted funds, which has greatly undermined our national development.

Some Experts are unhappy on the published method which EFCC is using to detect local diverted fraudulent looting, which some powerful Cabals are still doing despite Obasanjo determination to eliminate or reduce Fraud or corruption, whereas EFCC is ultimately using detecting process that will not properly work but will end portraying EFCC as victimizing Agency thereby painting Obasanjo Government as bad and victimizing Nigerians without no recovery. Either EFCC Chairman is playing the usual Fulani gallery or tactically tarnishing and portraying Obasanjo Government in bad light as a victimizing, whereas there  are simple & easy method of detecting frauds, doing the actual recovering, stopping looting and building bouncing back mechanism to ward off looting.

I repeatedly said that EFCC Chairman is gentleman but he does not possess the matured clout needed to handle Cabals who committing monumental looting, which are being channeled through Globacom/Adenuga Business networks, Dangote vast Nigeria business empire, Okonkwo Igbo based network businesses and others.

Firstly Obasanjo should assemble young credible talented and bold people and task them to visit all 36 States with the local Governmental joined accounts with all notable Agencies, as to collect the listed names of persons and companies, which they have issued above 20Million Naira[checks] cheques since January 2006 as a pilot scheme, with which they can determine the level of looting that occurs in Nigeria and for Government to decide the appropriate action to take.

Once, that is done and second is to visit CBN clearing House to match and collect the listed names of persons and companies in their collected List that have issued [checks]cheques to Globacom/Adenuga’s Business outfits,Dangote with its other outfits,Okonkwo & its other outfits and other unmentioned outfits where principally IBB, Atiku and other cabals vowed to continue to loot Nigeria despite Obasanjo tough intention on fraud. Please, Government should forgo that idea of roping the pressurized Governors and Top Officials who are coarse by their political network and security intimidation to corporate in diverting up to 30% of States federal allocation as to enable build their empire and to continue Government at ransom. This simple exercise will reveal the looting that will amaze but Government should not victimize the Officials but seize looting and plough it back into various States that technically have stopped developing, due to the diversion of allocation meant for their development.

Some Experts assumed that EFCC Chairman is good, credible as the Media has portrayed him but a further professional scrutiny, reveals otherwise, as there is another assumption that fake Victims were used  with some ill intended methods were supposedly used to repatriate back  the various EFCC claimed fake Victims from the  EFCC recovered funds.

Same Experts  opinioned that fake Victims  as most fraudsters cannot identify their Victims, in some an agreeable percentage are agreed before recovery payment or specialized diversionary tactics being employed with an ill intention to refund Oversea Victims were used to siphon funds which were recovered  from 419ers/fraudsters,while genuine Victims whom were paid from the recovered Funds, were meant to forgo some reasonable percentage upon collection but it is left for Obasanjo Government  to use Governmental Networks/international Security collaboration to certify and verify the real truth and ascertain some verification with various foreign Embassies/ Their Governmental Security Agencies abroad to genuinely identify, verify and ascertain whether Nigeria EFCC paraded or documented Victims were fake or genuine  and what amount was actually been paid to them, as to enable Nigeria be able to keep proper record  and to avoid robbing Peter , to pay Paul syndrome and the generalized thinking among bankrupt political Class that EFCC will die without rendering proper record of fund recovered is impossible as there must be proper accounting  before  Obasanjo tenure expires or else EFCC must return the recovered funds to Government or to Charity Homes across Nigeria.

Some opinion faulted the rationality behind EFCC returning recovered Funds to Victims instead of world procedure of returning the defrauded funds to Nigeria Government or Victim’s Home Government abroad as avoid fraud and diversion.

It came to people’s knowledge that despite being forced by Obasanjo to tackle corrupt Officials, the Chairman is busy and tactically pursuing Officials  who are close to Obasanjo, that are link to corruption, mostly Officials who may be little corrupted compared to others but who have executed meaning projects in their location while paying lip service to those who have not perform any credible projects but are close to some Northern Cabals, are free from intimidation and harassment or   have  performed required  bedding assignment.

This, has made people to believe that EFCC is being remotely and behind scene controlled by the same Cabals the Chairman is shouting that he is at war with them while behind the scene he is their close friend and brother while Obasanjo is being deceived, distracted and this confusion and Media purported fighting can allow them some space to actualise their strategy  for cornering power.

Also, Obasanjo and PDP should be informed that how important Vice president office is, whenever the PDP is choosing their South South candidate, please for God’s sake, PDP should carefully avoid another Atiku type of VP candidate on incoming President as to enable him be able to work in good atmosphere, knowing well the suffering Obasajo has undergone with Atiku inhis tenures. Nigeria cannot afford another Atiku, and if Obasanjo did not come from Military background, he would have doomed and he cannot be able to render any service which is required of him as a knowledgeable person.

It baffles me how Lagos State Governor thinks and behaving to be the next VP without fully knowing that Atiku is too complex to move with, unless he is seeking to be his house help not VP. It is not too late to plan for his brother condition when he will leave Office and how to cover his stakes at Oando petroleum while he is being deceived to confront Obasanjo as Obasanjo don’t have much problem as he working to resolve Nigeria with international communities.

I read with amusement the Vatsa family Nigeria newspapers’ interviews with pity and sympathy but late General M.Vatsa died of historical/political ignorance on the facts that he is local Native from Middle belt of Nigeria and he fooled himself without fully knowing the Constraints and limitation placed on them by the Fulani Hegemony Settlers on the local Natives despite his background as being Muslim and Northerner.

This information is for bankrupt individual whose native homes, is south of Ahmadu Bello way in kaduna down to the Atlantic Ocean, that they should learn a little lesson from what Arab with its Allies and French is playing with the Blacks in Darfur Sudan while UN is sending their Peace keeping Force while the similar was rejected by Arab led Sudanese Government over Blacks while French imposed Kofi Annan watches as African Fool and French numerous countries cannot come do anything either but there is limit what Obasanjo/ Nigeria  and  South Africa can do as Nigeria internal Fulani must be supportive of their Arab brothers whom they have departed before conquering Nigeria during the Fulani Jihad.

The OPC, MASSOB, IJAW and other Militia tactically sponsored by the Northern Cabals, should realize that they cannot fool anybody now, as they are only using ethnic sentiment and ethnicity to arouse their local people to wage war unprepared as to be defeated and allow the type ethnic tension, upon Fulani can propel themselves to power and Militia leaders will be paid off to stay abroad while Native people suffer great deprivation and depravity.
