Why Is Bodunde Adeyanju On The Run? By Saliu Iyanda By the way, who is Bodunde Adeyanju? He is the very special assistant to President Olusegun Obasanjo who helped the president to collect and disburse monies from the controversial MOFAS and Marine Float Accounts, which both the warped EFCC report and kangaroo deliberately refused to reflect in there doctored report. Adeyanju is on the run because; he does not trust the President in the on-going face off between the president and the vice president. This is because, if the clips are down the president will deny him, and say he never asked him to collect any money from these accounts on his behalf. The fact of the matter is that if the president and is media witch doctors are saying the truth why is Bodunde Adeyanju on the run? Without mincing words, there is no truth whatsoever in the kangaroo report that was done on the vice president, it is just a futile attempt by the president to stop the vice president to contest for the highest position in the land in the 2007 presidential election. The president had an incurable hatred for the vice president just because of the heroic role he played during the illegal third term agenda brouhaha. Even in the Kangaroo presidential reports on the vice president, there is no place where it was said that one kobo was missing or that the vice president benefited directly or indirectly from all the financial transactions that took place with regards to the PTDF funds. So, the vice president has done no wrong, and if the EFCC is so sure of itself, why did not publish the statement of account of the two contentious accounts for the public to really know who is telling the truth. There are so many questions the president and his team have failed to address; the truth is that the president is economical with the truth. With the way things are turning out now president Obasanjo will soon run away when the real truth about the PTDF funds are revealed, and so will many of his aides now talking garrulously on his behalf on the raging subject-matter. The president wants to use the PTDF issue to nail the vice president, so that, he will not be relevant politically now and in the future, but he has failed because, he is not telling the truth. After all that was done to the vice president of South Africa, Zuma, and all the lies fabricated against him, has he not been vindicated by the ruling of a law court of competent jurisdiction in South Africa? The vice president should continue to do the good that he knows best, the truth will be revealed at the end of the day, and one by one, all his detractors will run away. The problem with Obasanjo is that he thinks he is God; those around him because of what they will eat have built up some much falsehood about the president, they have built so a personality cult around the president, which makes him think that he is the God-sent messiah, that is why he suffers from so much messiah complex, he does not know where he is coming from and where he is going, he is a thoroughly confused man that does not want to relinquish power by May next year. This is certainly not the kind of president deserves at this time of her national history and development, without mincing words, Obasanjo is an unmitigated disaster in Nigeria.
