The fear of the likelihood of Atiku's Presidency is responsible for throwing away the baby with the bathwater. Instead of facing the problem a government of any progressive Atiku, or any other candidates after leaving office in 2007 President Aremu Obasanjo and a so called born again Christian is handing over Nigeria to a governor who made Katsina a sharia state.
One of the most dramatic instances of Sharia sentences was from Katsina State, where Amina Lawal, a 33-year old mother, was sentenced to death by stoning for adultery. It took the whole world and a superior court decisions to rescind the sentence of the helpless woman. Such is the background of a man going to handle Nigeria.
I have a conviction, that President Aremu Obasanjo is not free from corruption himself and the Vice President Atiku may be right to accuse the president of being corrupt like himself, which will make Aremu one of the most heartless and wicked person ever ruled Nigeria. History will tell.
I am not surprised the President is trying to go back to school to learn those things he ought to have known before running the affairs of the country. By the time, he finishes his so-called Open University education; it will be too late to correct any mistake that will affect the lives of millions of Nigerians. He should have been back to school after he handed over to Alhaji Sheu Shagari in 1979. This is one of the very few times in life when education is too late.
I regret to associate my state and city of origin with this monster. He did it in 1979 by handing over Nigeria with 5.5 billion dollars in foreign reserves to a middle school Teacher who watched as the whole money was taken away, this time, a bigger fool than 1979 and will be handing over 42 billion dollars in foreign reserves to another former science Teacher from the North, this time a Sharia man and a man with Kidney problem.
As a professional in the health field, PDP presidential candidate may not be strong enough to handle all the rigors of the office of presidency with his health problem. Kidney problem has no medical solution, unless there is a Kidney transplant.
Every human being is born with two kidneys more like the shape of black eye pee. It is possible to function with one kidney. It is possible to donate a kidney as still live like every other person meaning you need only one to function at a time the second is more of a buffer or reserve and stand by to kick in like a NEPA to generator. (It is not funny at all)
Kidney filter the blood to remove waste products maintains electrolyte concentrations and remove excess water to maintain the fluid volume within the body system. The color of the urine can be influenced by normal factors such as the amount of liquid consumed and infections or diseases and medications.
The victim will have to be in the hospital every 48 hours for the rest of his life to have dialysis, which is to remove the Toxics in his system as he can only urinate ordinary water while the waste stays in his system thereby complicating the free flow of blood in his arteries.
Kidney infection can be in various shapes, in medical history apart from transplantation Dialysis is still the only procedure to remove a waste from the blood of patient, whose kidney no longer function and can be in two ways,
1. Hemodialysis also known as filters waste from the blood and 2. Peritoneal Dialysis the lining of the peritoneal cavity acts as the filter to remove waste
Again, it is a known fact that kidney-infected patient cannot afford to be away from hospital for more than 48 hours. His intake of water is greatly reduced, and can only sip fewer ice cubes, because his system cannot process water properly. The chance of getting over this sickness is very limited, unless there is a kidney Transplant. He may die of kidney shut down, but before this, he will turn yellowish and be spotted all over on his body like leopard including increase in size. It is not a good sight in the hospitals when you have the opportunity to take care such people.
Such a man, with this kind of sickness, may not be strong enough for Nigeria in 21st century; his Vice President from Ijaw area if he wins the presidency in 2007 will do all the jobs. He too will be watching like Shagari did in 1979 while all the money will be gone. Nigeria will be back to what it was in 1983, broke, and much more corrupt. Nigeria needs economists to put the country on a very sound economic and market oriented foundation through introduction of Social Security system of Administration, City and State police, increase in openness in administration and proper accountability not a follower, stooge and a puppet like Yar-Adua.
A retired but not tired president Aremu will be giving orders from Ota farm and Alhaji Yar’ Adua who does not look like a man who can say no to Obasanjo in and out office will be rushing in and out of Ota before and after each Federal Executive meeting like a secretary before taking any decision.
Finally, If Aremu actually had good intentions he could have installed as PDP presidential candidate men like Ribadu of EFCC, Minister of FCT, Ngozi Iwala his former Minister for Finance or Professor Soludo of Central Bank of Nigeria but he did not he wanted those who will follow orders from his Ota farm. Please join millions of other to reject OBJ puppet as president and protect the future of Nigerian Children.
